Cerebral Palsy is a non-progressive disorder of movement that happens during pregnancy or at the time of birth.

The Main Causes happen before birth, during birth, or after birth are:

  • Lack of oxygen to the brain and blood
  • Traumas that limits oxygen to the brain.

Cerebral Palsy can affect any combination and number of arms or legs.


Types of Cerebral Palsy

Spastic Athetoid Ataxic Mixed
effected arms and legs are tight. common movements are involuntary. experience lack of balance sensation. combination of two or more of other types.
